What to expect:

I have extensive experience in the field of adult and youth mental health. I am trained in evidence-based psychological interventions such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. Whenever possible, I integrate emotion-focused approach and mindfulness strategies.

I like to understand where you have been in the past and where you’d like to see yourself in the future, so that we can make some meaningful changes in the present to help you build a life worth of living. I believe that therapy is a constatnt “dance” of acceptance and change processes, so my approach is very much “dialectical” - firm and flexible, warm and direct, validating and change-focused.

I am flexible and client centered, and I value feedback and open discussion about how therapy is going as we work together. Our therapeutic relationship will always be a top priority, as I believe that a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship provides a solid foundation for therapeutic progress.
